IT'S A GIRL!

Well, we went to gender ultrasound this morning. We got there and they called Sarah back by herself to begin with, while Me, my Mom, my Nanny, and Joyann waited in the waiting room. We waited for i guess about 10 or 15 minutes then the nurse came back and got us.
We went in the room, they had all the lights off and all you could see was the monitor.
Then we got to see our precious little one. i thought it was funny cause she wouldn't stay still for the tech to take the pictures she needed. But a one point she layed on her back and you could clearly see her put her hand to her mouth to suck on her thumb. I thought it was amazing. I didn't think the tech was ever gonna show us what it was then finally she showed us the girl parts.
I got what i wanted, a little girl. Everything is good, shes healthy as can be. The only thing the tech noticed was a calcium deposit on her heart, ans she said that could be an early sign of downsyndrom. But she said she wasn't worried about it cause a lot of baby's have that and that if it was more than that they would be worried. We have to go back to do another ultrasound to check up on it. The Tech was kind of a butt. during the time she was telling Sarah about the deposit she was telling her options she had for it such as giving it up for adoption if it has downsyndrom....... seriously? I don't care if that baby has downsyndrom or anything else for that matter, i would still love it just as much. You know it amazes me how some people can be, to give up a miracle that God gave them just because they aren't "perfect".
I hope baby Isla doesn't have it but if she does oh well, you know. shes still my daughter. anyways, this is baby Isla Mariah Massey.
